Introduction:  

      Applications of Numerical Simulation Analysis have become a reliable and efficient technique with the computers and software fast development nowadays. Analyze engineering problems and products’ function through the simulation of computers can effectively analyze physical mechanism system, quickly verify the performance of products, promote engineering quality, and reduce the cost and development schedule. With Numerical Simulation Laboratory, we can establish the energy calculation and analysis of engineering and science, integrate each realm to carry on multi-physics analyses, accelerate innovation development, accumulate knowledge, promote the discovery of science and the breakthrough of technique, create the value of knowledge-based economy.

 

Objective:

     1.Build up the energy of Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAD/CAE), strengthen students' analytical skills in numerical simulation.

     2.Build up related core technique in engineering and science calculating, promote the research energy and the competition of Industry-University Cooperative Research Project.

     3.Integrate professors' specialties to carry on realm of multi-physics analyses such as Aerospace, Energy Resource, Airframe, Heat Transfer and Fluid Mechanics, Electromagnetism and Electronics.

    2.Enhance hardware equipment and applied software program, strengthen the research and development application of PC Cluster Computing, build up full and prospect technical energy in Numerical Simulation Analysis.

     3.Match with the establishment of Graduate Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, promote the research energy of teachers and students, and actively strive for the academic research plans and Industry-University Cooperative Research Project.
