●Aircraft Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Laboratory

Aircraft Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Laboratory

Introduction:

Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems are two major parts for aircrafts. Hydraulic System provides power source so that airplanes are able to manipulate vital Flight Control Systems such as Landing Gear System. Pneumatic System not only plays a partly substitute role for Hydraulic System in some aircraft, but also being an important basis on normal operation for engines, Environment Control System, Ice Protection System.

The establishment of practice plant enables students to learn the essential maintenance techniques of Aircraft Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems, and we expect students to be top talents in aircraft engineering technology.

Objective:

1.Enable students to know the Aircraft Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems and the operating principles and structure of components.

2.Enable students to comprehend the correct notions and techniques of maintaining Aircraft Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems.

3.Provide students with the opportunity to practice personally, and consolidate the practice training via the facilities in the practice industry.

Teaching and Research:

1.Aircraft Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Laboratory works with the following curriculums:

●Aircraft Hydraulics & Pneumatics

●Introduction to Airplane

●Aircraft Hydraulic and Pneumatic Practice

●Fundamental Aircraft Structural Repair Practice

●Aircraft Electric System Practice

2.Aircraft Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Laboratory works with related special projects making and put into practice what has been learned.
