Power Plant Laboratory

Introduction:

        The maintenance of engines is of vital importance in Aeronautical Engineering, it not only relates to the appropriate rate of aircrafts, but it has a lot to do with the Aviation Safety. The chief purpose of Power Plant Laboratory is to be the examination training practice for small engines, and offer the diagnosis via Engine Endoscopes and Heat segment Inspection and Maintenance Practice.

Objective:

          1.Enable students to comprehend the purposes and functions of engines, and build up the basic knowledge of operation principle. Power Plant Laboratory also provides the models of fuel nebulizing.

        2.Train students to know the basic maintenance skills and notions of engines well.

        3.Enable students to possess the maintenance abilities to examine, diagnose, eliminate the engines’ failure.

        4.Enable students to understand the maintenance modes, train them to have the idea of Aviation Safety and Quality Assurance.
